Cultural Resources: Historic house site.
A house was built on Todds Point circa 1860 at the end of Todds Point Road, located east of Cook Point and LeCompte Bay, south bank of the Choptank River in Dorchester County. The house was constructed by Charles Frazier. By 1975 it had been abandoned and was in ruinous condition.
