Cultural Resources: Historic river front house.
Anchorage is situated on a knoll overlooking the Choptank River, located between Kirby Wharf and Porpoise Creek, facing toward Cambridge. The house is a late Federal telescopic farmhouse which dates from the nineteenth century.
